Be not so quick to think demons is involved if someone is hurting and have remained hurts, but take responsibility how you treat others.
Its very sad story people have so big hurts that they is remained hurts several weeks later, that is not bitterness, but brokenhearted, they might forgiven you, but as a Christ follower, do not think for a second Christ will allow you or anyone of his people, to hurt others, and go unpunished for it... And also take responsibility for our own actions our own plate, if someone is truelly repenting and mean it in their hearts, who are you saying they do not mean it, because they have remained hurts? We do not try to be mind readers, we either choose to trust them or not. Yes true repentance also needs to be followed by action a change of attitude and converted Biblically life away from the evil they done to you, or us, but thats, is nothing we can force anyone to do, it must come natuarlly, we precah the word, if anyone listens, they do, if not they do not. Lets leave that between them and God of Bible, Gods Word. Yes we test decern Biblically correct when needed Biblically rebuke when needed, true, but not try to teach people how to love, only God can change their hearts. We are nothing without Christ, without Christ we can do nothing.
Brokenhearted means not unforgivness or keeping grudges, just because some have remaining hurts of someone offending them.

Why because God will not warn the unrepented sinner at judgement day but only show mirror of those persons life and their own actions and unrepented sinful life will condem themself to Hell, therefore God instructed us to warn all people to Accept Christ Gods Son as Personally Lord and Saviour and repent of sin and daily live Biblically to not end up in Hell:
